- Required each season (Fall, Winter, Spring)

(2) Print & Fill-in the "CLUB REGISTRATION FORM"

- Only once per school year

(3) Make your registration PAYMENT.

- Payment due by end of first day of badminton

- Please bring the CLUB REGISTRATION FORM and PAYMENT (if cheque/cash) to the Club on your first week of play.

Our Teens Volunteer!

All of our teens contribute to our club's special vibe by doing one act of volunteering per year. Teens can either help at the club, at tournaments, or fundraise for their own social outings.

SIBLINGS & MULTIPLAY DISCOUNT!

$100 off discount!

Each additional family member participating in our Teens or Junior Birdies programs in the same season (Fall, or Winter or Spring) receives $100 off their registration fee.

Also any Teen or Junior Birdie who registers in multiple sessions per week in the same season may also use this. For example, if you do 2 lessons/week.

Family Club Special

Play for the season for only $60

Valid for any family member participating in FAMILY CLUB, who already has a child registered in one of our Junior Birdies or TEEN programs.

Refer A Friend = Get a credit!

$50 credit for referring a friend

Receive a $50 registration fee credit on a future season when you refer a NEW family to our Teen or Junior Birdies programs. The NEW family must write your name on their registration sheet. The new family must register for a full season for the credit to apply.

Grade 10 students or older can begin their 'paid' Coach-in-Training program. Contact us for more details.
