The Teen Badminton Club is all about playing badminton. Once a week, in the West Island and Montreal, our teens, kids and adult groups get out and PLAY! With our group of inspiring young coaches and our focus on playing and learning, you will have a great time, meet new friends and develop your game! As a 12-19 year old TBC TEEN player, or a 7-11 year old JUNIOR BIRDIE, you'll get to play badminton and learn a lot about the game in our club's coached programs.
Our PROGRAM, which will help you be a star, is done each Fall, Winter & Spring for 10 weeks.
Playing Badminton is a lot of fun, easy to start, and full of interesting challenges.

Our social sports club experience stimulates opportunities to meet new teammates through sport, an excellent place to make new friendships for life!
4. Live a Healthier Longer Life
Badminton provides great exercise, lowers stress and increases focus. In addition to being one of the safest sports with the least concussions and injuries, badminton players have been proven to live 6.2 years longer according to The Copenhagen City Heart study that followed 8,577 individuals over 25 years.

Our annual volunteer project for our teens. It's hard work but our players love being outside helping to collect leaves and bond as a team. All money raised goes to pay for our players team jerseys!
